Teacher of the Year
Congratulations to Mrs. Innes as being selected as the building teacher of the year. We are all very proud to have her here at Oak Grove.
February in Review
- Chili Supper – Thank you PTO, volunteers, and parents for a great turnout!
- Valentines Day – Thank you, room mothers, and the volunteers that helped.
March
- 3rd/4th grade students have started KNBL (Knowledge Basketball League). Classrooms have picked teams, mascots, and showed off their team spirit at a pep rally. Classrooms will compete on MAP like tests. All students will attend a MAP kick off party on April 1st.
- The end of third quarter reminds us that we have to prepare for the approaching end of the year. Your child will take several assessments in order for us to know exactly where they stand academically. Students take different assessments at each grade level; teachers will continue to assess your children in their guided reading groups, and their assignments, while working with your child daily.
