Greetings

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my congratulations to Mr. Chris Hon on his selection as Superintendent of the Poplar Bluff R-I School District. Chris has served the district as an Assistant Superintendent for Personnel for the past eight years. He will assume his duties as Superintendent on July 1, 2010. My goal over the next few months is to make the transition from old to new as smooth as possible. There are many decisions yet to make before the start of next school year. I know Chris is ready to meet the challenges of a new position and a new school year and I wish him well.
